This policy explains how CAM Golf ("we", "us", "our") ships your Apium lithium golf cart battery, and how returns, collections and refunds work. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Shipping
Shipping is free within South Africa. There is no delivery charge to you on orders delivered anywhere in South Africa.
We deliver using The Courier Guy. Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier schedules and stock availability. We will keep you updated and provide tracking details once your battery has been collected by the courier.
Please make sure the delivery address and contact details you give us are complete and correct, and that someone is available to receive and sign for the battery.
2. Order processing
An order is confirmed once we have received payment. Lithium golf cart batteries are heavy items, so we pack and hand them to The Courier Guy for safe transport. Should anything affect your expected delivery date, we will let you know as soon as possible.
3. Returns & collection
If your product arrives damaged, develops a fault, is still under warranty, or you simply need to return it, please contact us first before sending anything back. We will then arrange for The Courier Guy to collect the battery from you.
All return and courier fees are paid by CAM Golf — there is no cost to you for an approved return collection.
4. Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, we give you a full 100% refund within 14 days of delivery. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange collection of the battery at no cost to you.
Once the returned battery has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within a few business days of us receiving the returned item, subject to your bank's processing times.
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA).
5. Warranty returns
Apium lithium golf cart batteries carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms. If you experience a warranty issue, contact us and we will arrange a Courier Guy collection so the battery can be assessed, repaired or replaced as applicable. Please keep your proof of purchase. 6. Returning a battery safely
Where possible, please return the battery in its original packaging to protect it during transport. Keep the battery dry, do not return a visibly leaking, swollen or fire-damaged battery without telling us first, and follow any handling instructions we provide. Using our arranged Courier Guy collection helps ensure the battery is transported correctly and safely.
