CAM Golf is a South African supplier of Apium lithium (LiFePO4) golf cart batteries. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean CAM Golf. References to "you" mean the visitor, enquirer or customer.
2. Product information & specifications
We make every effort to ensure that product information, images and specifications on this website are accurate. However, specifications are nominal and may vary, and product images are for illustration. You are responsible for confirming that a battery is suitable for and fits your golf car before ordering. We are happy to help you check fitment and compatibility before purchase.
3. Pricing & quotations
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may be displayed inclusive and/or exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice and may differ from the final quotation. A formal quotation provided via WhatsApp or email sets out the price applicable to your order and is valid for the period stated in that quotation.
4. Orders & payment
An order is confirmed only once we have accepted it and agreed payment terms with you in writing. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable or where a pricing error has occurred.
5. Warranty
Apium lithium golf cart batteries carry a 3-year warranty, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, use of an incompatible charger, physical damage, water ingress beyond the rated IP65 protection, unauthorised modification, or misuse. Please keep your proof of purchase.
6. Fitment & installation
Correct selection, installation and charging of the battery are essential for safe operation and warranty validity. We recommend that installation is carried out by a qualified technician or golf car specialist. We are not liable for damage or loss resulting from incorrect installation or the use of an unsuitable charger.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAM Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout and graphics, is owned by or licensed to CAM Golf and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Apium is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here to identify the products we supply.
